The people that make up Alexandri are seasoned professionals that have worked togeher previously at other companies, and have joined together to pool their experience, knowledge, their abilities and visions, to offer their clients the very best solutions possible.

Alexandri is a division of breid, llc - a Limited Liability company based in Austin Texas. The company was started in 2003 by Brent Reid.

The Team

Brent Reid was a successful salesperson for 12 years before changing careers and entering into the IT industry. He has since held the following positions:

Director of Product Development for QUP/S1, a publicly traded, online banking software company. Managed development of a new Portal product through 4 versions, resulting in $1.25 million in sales and 100 new clients in the first year. Managed development teams in India and Austin to develop online banking software based upon the J2EE platform.

Senior Consultant and Branch Manager for Open Systems Group, a consulting firm. Managed Document Management project at the City of San Antonio. this included high volume imaging projects, records management, bar coding the records facility, and intergrating the system with legacy applications. Managed the San Antonio branch office, and oversaw projects for telecomunications firms, retail and wholesale distributors, utilities, etc.

Director of Information Services for Computer Solutions, a computer hardware and service company - Designed and oversaw implementation of a companywide IT infrastructure upgrade. This included servers, desktops, cabling, routers, 2 remote locations, phone systems, fax servers, email, printers, the accounting system, internet access, etc.

President of JB Payne & Associates, Inc. a consulting firm - Created first web pages for City of San Antonio. Completed numerous programming projects for the City and other businesses in San Antonio.

Consultants

George Blake

Prior to joining Alexandri, George Blake served as Vice President of Product Development for S1 Corporation, a publicly traded Internet banking software development firm. Previous experience includes:

Branch Manager, Open Systems Group-established San Antonio Branch for custom software solution provider based at the InfoMart in Dallas, Texas. Responsible for business development, prospecting, lead development, direct sales, branch operations, and recruiting.

President, Cablevison Concepts, LLC-- founded a startup company providing pay-per-view voice response units (VRU) to cable television operators to serve the hospitality marketplace.

Executive Vice President, Intellenet, Inc.-- managed all aspects of entrepreneurial telecommunications company operating in the direct dial long distance, operator services, cellular and prepaid calling card markets.

Vice President Systems, Star Data Systems, Inc.--responsible for technical sales support, solution development, and 24 x 7 customer support for a large AS/400 reseller. Initially, managed the Electronic Document Imaging Department.

Senior Vice President, Bank of the Hills--managed all information and communications resources for a $350 million retail bank.

George currently serves as President of the Austin Balcones Lions Club.

Terry Smith

Terry has his masters in CIS from St.Mary's University. He earned his MCSD in November of 1999. He has a wide range of development experience which started during his service in the Air Force. His post Air Foce projects include:

Designed and coded an application for a pharmacutical company using JAVA/SWING.

Team Lead on several projects to develop security software for SecureInfo corp. The following technologies were used in the development of these systems: IIS, SQL Server 2000, Full-Text Search, SQLXML2, XML, XSLT (Microsoft XML Parser 4.0)

Project Manager and lead developer on numerous projects for the City of San Antonio. Technologies included: ASP, Visual Basic, Teleform Imaging software, Visual Interdev, SQL Server, etc.

Terry's experience and adherence to a structured development process make him a valuable member of this team.

Jay Payne

Jay brings over 15 years of experience in programming and systems development to Alexandri. His focus is on the big picture, which enables him to design solutions that will integrate with existing systems, and takes into account the business processes surrounding the solution. Jay is a certified Oracle DBA and has extensive experience with SQL server and MySQL.

Jay's last assignent was to re-wirte the billing system for Dell Host, a Sprint company.

Prior to that, he was a Supply chain co-ordinator for Dell Computers.

Jay's banking experience comes from working at FundsXpress, an online banking software company. there he worked with large transaction databases 11 terabytes and up. Implemented Oracle Financials fo rthe company and customized interfaces between the companies banking product and Oracle Financials.

Before moving to Austin, Jay worked at USAA first as a contractor and then he was hred as an employee. At USAA he designed and Developed several database systems to gather and consolidate information for reporting activity on the Customer Support Center. He used ORACLE and PL/SQL to automate reporting and trending on the USAA intranet.

Jay owned JB Payne Consulting, his primary client was the Defense Language Institute in San Antonio, Where he designed developed and implemented ARMS (Automated Resource Management System) which included bar coding, automating the shipping and recieiving functions and the surrounding logistic functions of the warehouse.

Jay was Vice president and treasurer of JB Payne and Associates Inc., a consulting firm. He worked on several contracts with the City of San Antonio, and developed solutions for several other companies in the San Antonio area.
